Newly Created Senior Association Manager Role Strengthens Operations
WPM Real Estate Management has promoted David Grant and Jonathan Rosenberg to the position of Senior Association Manager. This newly created role will provide expanded regional leadership for WPM’s growing team of Community Association Managers handling the firm’s Association Real Estate portfolio.
“We are continually looking for opportunities to strengthen our operations to better serve the needs of our clients,” says Barry Yatovitz, President of WPM’s Association Real Estate Division. “Adding these new leadership roles reinforces the support we provide to our communities and ensures we continue to deliver the superior level of service, quality and value that our clients have come to expect from WPM.”
For more than 50 years, WPM’s Association Real Estate division has provided a full suite of property management services to communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Clients include Condo Associations, Homeowner Associations (HOAs), cooperatives, and maintenance/master associations – with community styles ranging from garden-style and high-rise, to townhome, single family, and 55+ communities.
David Grant joined WPM in 2008 and has more than 28 years of experience in property management including association and community management, commercial, multifamily and hospitality. He has earned multiple designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI) including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). He also has been a certified General Manager with Marriott Hotels. David has been an active member of the MMHA Legislative Committee as well as a member of Lions International and a youth soccer coach.

Jonathan Rosenberg has over 22 years of experience in the real estate management industry, joining WPM in 2000. He holds two designations from CAI: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist® (AMS®). He has been recognized by CAI, Chesapeake Region Chapter for his continued involvement and support of the Professional Management Development Program. In addition Jonathan recently completed the examination process to achieve the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation through CAI.
